We had some problems with the heating/cooling in our room and someone had to come a few times to try and fix it..other than that the hotel was good.. the dinner menu in the restaurant didn’t have many options .. but the food and drinks were good. Always a cab waiting out front so transportation was never an issue.. even at 4:00 am when we had to leave for the airport. Overall a good place to stay. Easy walking to many places.. Bourbon street, French Quarter etc.
