I'm 81 years old and carried my own bags to my room as I checked in. No one offered. Therefore, no staff showed certain features in the room as I'm used to when staying at a new hotel.
A reminder from young staff to older people checking in that the key is necessary to use elevator.
Every traveler is not young and hip.

Staff on the front desk were absolutely fantastic! The hotel location perfect especially for the TD Gardens. Breakfast is available but we only had once. Shame the bar area wasn't open. Overall, a fantastic hotel that we would highly recommend if you are coming to Boston. Also, super close to the airport making transfers easy.
