This hotel has it all,

I had a great time at the resort eating at his restaurant. Everything was clean easy to get to and very fun and adventurous at karaoke Saturday night. Had a party at the bar Sunday night at Benihana Saturday night great time.

The property was convenient to the monorail and the strip. The pool was closed 3 of my 4 day stay. The room was hot couldn't turn the thermostat down past 68.

I was surprised that the front desk staff did not tell me about the spa. If you want people to use the spa, you need to do some upfront marketing for it. Give the people a spa pamphlet about what is available and pricing. I had to ask about it and I got no literature from front desk about it. Plus the TV had no free viewing options. Also, the front desk failed to tell me that the key card makes elevators work. Assuming that people know that is a mistake. Overall, it was a great stay.

Spacious, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. Looks like an apartment

Having access to the Prestige Club was Fabulous! Great breakfast and wonderful cocktail hours with great view ! Shopping is great, walking distance to Chanel, Gucci and Prada! Excellent restaurant nearby!

Great property within walking distance of main strip - the access via the mall was convenient as you could nip into shops or grab food on way back to your room and avoid the heat. Staff were lovely and were able to sort out any issues. Our suite was on the penthouse floor and the room was amazing - lots of space and all the amenities were perfect. That huge projector screen was a plus - great to watch movies on!

TVs are so outdated channels don’t come in clear and there’s nothing really to choose from to watch. It’s the same programs every time we stay here
