Very Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below what I expected from a 5-star property.
The room was not properly cleaned, and the towels and toilet paper were not replaced. The elevator and floors were also wet, which was both unpleasant and concerning.
The management and front desk staff did not appear to be adequately trained to the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. There seemed to be a lack of organization, communication, and attention to detail.
The spa was also not clean, which was especially disappointing given the level of service and cleanliness I expected from a luxury hotel.
Overall, the management and service need significant improvement. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, I expected much better cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and customer service.
