We will not return to this property for several reasons. First, the lack of affordable food and coffee options was disappointing; for example, two cups of coffee, yogurt, and a croissant cost us $56. Additionally, the noise from the beach music on weekends was bothersome. Furthermore, we did not receive the requested wake-up call the night before, which could have caused us to miss our flight and potentially cost us money. In summary, if you choose to stay there, be prepared to spend a lot on food, and keep in mind that the variety in their food court is limited compared to other resorts.

I loved how well informed all staff members were, from security walking around to management to waiters. I didn't meet a single person who wasn't well informed, friendly and trying to make this trip better than any trip you've ever gone on before. The buildings, decorations, rooms, grounds were mind boggling and gorgeous; you kinda wish you had a dozen eyes to take everything in.

Great location. Easy parking. Majority of staff were really friendly & helpful; sadly a couple we encountered on the morning of our check out were down right rude. Fantastic drinks served in the lounge, breakfast drinks selection good, breakfast food average.
