8.6/10 Excellent! (291 reviews)
The hotel is very well equipped and the staff were courteous and helpful.
My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option.
I could hear every dropped dumbbell.
Such a shame as the location is great.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,016 reviews)
This hotel was lovely. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Our only complaint would be the complementary minibar. While it is a nice idea, offering one single serve bag of chips for two people seems a bit undersized. The mirror frame in the bathroom had significant water damage. Other than that - GREAT stay!
We would stay here again ;)

Kitchen in the room was under renovation and not available.
Maintenance equipment was stored outside the room and you could hear the engineers walking up and down to collect their tools.
