Great position. Rooms comfy, everything to expect Would easily stay here again

Great location overlooking the water, and yet still quiet. Tram stop a couple of minutes walk from the front door made getting around a breeze

After reading a lot of reviews I decided to stay here for a one-night staycation with my 5 year old daughter. Overall i would say it was okay. Things worth noting that weren't great: The pool area was cold and unclean. I literally had to find a member of staff and tell them that the steam room was disgusting. The pool itself was great and looked stunningly blue. There were no robes in the room. The breakfast was not great and the set-up didn't help. The toast station, water and condiments was in one corner and there was literally a huddle and queue to access. Teaspoons and glasses were empty and barista coffee isn't included in the buffet price. Things that were good: Friendly staff, lovely room, comfy bed, price.

We had such a wonderful stay. The staff were so friendly and made the whole family feel welcome. The family room was a spacious and clean.

Room design and efficient use of space

Great location between the Princess and Her Majesty's theatres. Bed was super comfy, room was clean, was lovely to have a tall enough shower in a hotel for once!

It was peaceful, clean, presentable and provided the privacy we needed.

Love Lancemore Mansion, such a convenient place after an exhausting day at the zoo. Staff were excellent and friendly. Quiet and serenity environment. Definitely felt rested.
