The staff were very welcoming. The room was very cosy and oversaw the beautiful pyramids.

The hotel is on the 5th floor of what appears to be an abandoned building, with sketchy elevator service. Although staff was friendly and the hotel was clean there was very few amenities. Location is great but not if you're looking to relax, Egyptians love their car horns.

Omg this hotel is unreal! From the location, staff, amenities, restaurant, decor, I can go and on. Super clean and chic, it’s really a gem in Cairo! Loved every second we spent at the property!

Everything was very good. Check in and out was very smooth. The apartment was very clean, airconditioned, kitchen fully equipped to cook even big meals. Stuff were great and I would like to thank Christina, Mostafa, Bahaa, Amr and the cleaning stuff Shaymaa, Manal and Mona. Thank you all

The location is perfect, with a stunning view of the **Pyramids of Giza** just a short distance away – waking up to that sight every morning was truly magical! The inn itself is cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed me to fully relax and enjoy my time in Cairo. Ibrahim was incredibly accommodating, providing helpful tips on local attractions, arranging transportation, and making sure I had everything I needed. His attention to detail and dedication to ensuring my stay was perfect made all the difference. It’s rare to find such a welcoming host who genuinely goes above and beyond for his guests. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how amazing my stay was at this hotel. Everything was beyond perfect — the cleanliness is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the breakfast is just incredible. But what truly made this place special is the kindness and care of the staff… they made me feel like I was at home, surrounded by family. They showed so much love and attention to both my baby and my older daughter, which meant a lot to me as a mom. I also want to give a very special thank you to Mohammad. I had an unexpected situation when my tooth broke and fell out, and he went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. He personally took me to the hospital, stayed with me the entire time, and the next day he arranged my appointment and even drove me to the clinic himself. This level of care, respect, and genuine kindness is something you rarely see. I have never experienced such safety, respect, and humanity in a hotel before. If I could give 1000 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. Highly, highly recommended.

The rooftop/restaurant has a nice view of the pyramids. Delicious food and plenty of options as well. Great location to visit the GEM and Great Pyramids. Not far to get into Cairo. Water can be finicky. The staff is a delight and very welcoming and helpful.
