The mattress was very stained. The lighting in the bathroom was dismal, hard to put on make up in the morning. The night time shade was extremely noisy. The location was excellent, near the water, old town & market.

Beautiful, comfortable rooms in the middle of Nice. Easy to walk to Old Town, Promenade, Castle Hill and Beach. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The classic room was small, perfunctory and old - but very adequate. Breakfast was delicious and a highlight. Dinner at La Vieille Fontaine was also delicious with very interesting tastes and an excellent bottle of wine.
