Overall very disappointing for what was listed as a deluxe room. Dated, poorly maintained and dirty (marks on walls, marks on curtains, dirty crockery, and dirty bathrooms). Less than acceptable really.

Was an amazing stay! Travelled round Melbourne and Sydney whilst in Australia and definitely the best hotel we stayed in! Definitely would recommend to others staying in the Coogee/ Bondi area

The staff were very approachable, help full and respectful. We did have problems with the window blinds as they were already broken so the ratchet was hard to either wind up or down. Breakfast was great value and also a great selection. The concierge and door staff were also great in looking after our luggage on early arrival and departure and arranged the taxi to the airport.
