Overall the hotel was clean and tidy and our room was spacious and pleasantly decorated. Our big disappointment was the meal in the restaurant which took the shine off our stay. For the evening meal my wife chose rabbit as her main course and it was very chewy as it had not been cooked slowly in a sauce. I chose trout with a mixture of vegetables. Sadly the trout was totally tasteless.

This new hotel is in a great location and has the most amazing and welcoming staff. They were so helpful. The only thing I can share with other travelers is that it currently promotes itself as a five star hotel. The decor, bedding, equipment in the room, etc. are closer to a more standard four star hotel. Still very, very nice, but not a luxury property.
