The staff and hotel were excellent. The only hassle was parking, but my concerns were quickly addressed by staff.

Spent a week with multiple problems happening in the house. Non stop issues that couldn’t be fixed the same day, I had no cable TV in 4 rooms that didn’t work. Calling the cable company didn’t help, calling maintenance to the house didn’t help. Days after days of problems in a house I paid so much money for to enjoy. Most stressful trip I took because the company couldn’t make sure the house was fully ready in all aspects for customers.
Kathleen and Liz were the most amazing staff to help me and calm down all the problems I was having in the house. If it wasn’t for these 2 very professional ladies I would have lost my mind by day 2 with all the issues. These ladies have wonderful customer service!
Btw they need to THROW AWAY that nasty couch we were forced to use. It was disgusting to even sit on, no cushion or firm pillows. Felt like they got this couch from the trash & added it to their home.
