It was a very pleasant stay. Wonderful staff, from security to luggage support, house keeping and front desk manager (whom kindly upgraded to a suite from a standard room). The suite itself was clean and spacious, wrap around balcony with sea view. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure shower was great. It is a very large property and they provide golf carts to bring you to where you would like, just a phone call away. 24hr room service and quick laundry turn around. The beach is nice and there is a walkway that leads to a drop off for great snorkeling. Would love to stay again upon my next visit to Sharm. Thank you, Leah

Rather than having us wait for repairs, he immediately upgraded us to a gorgeous ocean-view suite. Hotel / Taxi Coordinator exceeded our expectations, ensuring all of our logistical needs and transportation details were handled seamlessly. provided outstanding service. driving was smooth, vehicle was spotless, local knowledge made our transfers effortless. What we loved: outstanding hospitality and proactive care. Food: Incredible variety, freshness, and quality at the buffet restaurant. Property: Beautifully maintained, peaceful grounds right on the Red Sea.
