The room temperature in the room was 40 degrees in the first night and 34 degrees in the second. No air condition.I made a complaint to the personal but they didn't do anything, Just to be in contact with you! I want to get my money back. Their customer service knows about this.

The best part of our Lapland trip was staying at this house. It truly had everything we could have wished for — a sauna, beautiful snowy surroundings, peaceful forest views, fully equipped kitchen, and even drying machines, which were extremely useful. The two-bedroom layout was excellent. One of the bedrooms, located under the roof, offered a stunning view of the aurora — such a magical experience. The kota was also a lovely highlight, especially on the night we went out and were lucky enough to see the northern lights. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth and comfortable. The location is quiet and relaxing, yet still convenient if you have a car and want to go into the town center. Breakfast was simple but good, and we really enjoyed our easy mornings over the four nights we stayed. The kids especially loved the sledges provided — they had so much fun playing in the snow. We would absolutely love to come back again!

We (a couple) stayed in an Arctic Suite at the Aurora Collection hotel. It was fantastic! Nicky was an excellent host. Our room had both a private sauna and a private hot tub. We did not use the hot tub, but found the sauna delightful, clean, and plenty hot! The room was functional, clean, and had a small fridge and a kettle for heating water. The bed was comfortable and, as we visited in February, it was very warm and cozy. A continental breakfast was provided, which was fresh and filling. While we were there the weather cooperated every night and we could easily watch the aurora from our bed. This was a very special experience. The hotel is new, and in February 2022 the reception building was not complete. This did not detract from our stay, and we look forward to seeing it when we return to the Aurora Collection! All of the pictures uploaded were taken in the parking lot of the hotel January/February 2022.

A quiet but stunning location, the hotel has amazing views of the lake. Location is a bit further out however Hotel provides regular shuttle services to the city centre, Santa village and the airport. Spa facilities were great. Staff were exceptional, helping above and beyond with any request we had. Ying, Melody and Laura - thank you for making this trip memorable for us.

As a frequent traveler to Europe, this is hands down the best value hotel I’ve stayed at. The self-check-in is seamless, and customer service is excellent—they answered my call instantly and sent staff to help right away. It was a pleasant surprise that they even offer Chinese support alongside English and Finnish! The location is extremely convenient, with a shopping mall, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. The room was clean, with strong shower pressure, reliable hot water, and great heating. Getting all of these at this price in Europe is practically flawless. Highly recommended!
