Incredible place to stay. Nice coffee shop and restaurant with really yummy food attached to hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful and speak English. The breakfast is cooked by the restaurant and there is variety every day. They cleaned our room every day and we never had to ask. They are an incredible place!

We stayed on the 6th floor. We had a power cut for 35 minutes! I have never stayed in a five star hotel with a power cut! My wife was in the shower when everything went dark and this was terrible experience! I have expressed my utmost unhappiness with the front desk! I wish the hotel had at least an emergency power system or something similar!
