Very nice for the price. Last two times staying here there was banging through the night enough to wake from sleep. Stayed here around 20 times and they would not give a complimentary late check out of one hour. Was disappointed with that. There are no loyalty or member programs offered. But location and price and right!

Very nice property with friendly staff. Stayed in a single room. Shower was a bit snug but room was great. Location was also great. I would return.

Centrally located; walking distance to Rotterdam cruise terminal and alternate transportation. Property manager, Willem van de Wouw was ever present and so helpful. Great restaurant, The Meat Club was short walk away & well worth the recommendation.

Staff was super friendly

Great hotel in an excellent location, but could have been made much better for just a few simple things. The 'well being' facilities are less than impressive, the steam room didn't work, the lockers were faulty and no soap or shampoo in the showers. That leaves you with a very small pool and a dry sauna, which is just like being in a machine plant room on a hot day, perhaps with a better view! We didn't manage to find bar open at any point, and given the lovely location by the river, some outdoor seating would have made this perfect, however the door to the riverside is exit only. Still, we really enjoyed our stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just a shame that some really easy fixes could have made it 5*

Nice hotel with dining options a few streets from it. A little difficult to find as it's in the middle of a residential sector.
