No frills. Elevator didn't work.

I felt safe in the building and the area. Decor and vibe is cool, however my unit has taken a beating. It looks very lived in. Peeking wallpaper, cracks in doors, scratched up walls, worn shower. There were some cleaning issues as well - it was very dusty and the bedding wasn’t spotless. There were hairs in the shower (not mine) and on the pillows and sheets. I gave it 3 stars because the unit is very cute and the space was good. If they hire a different cleaner and maintenance, they have a gem

This hotel was excellent! Every staff person was friendly and helpful. They took good care of us! This is a good place to stay if you are going to the ORPHEUM, FedEx arena and downtown. The hotel itself was unique with loft style rooms. The rooms are quiet and we got good sleep here. We highly recommend this hotel

Food stain on the wall of bathroom

The hotel is in a great location and very convenient for safely walking to Beale Street. The reception team and all of the staff we met were very friendly and welcoming and always smiling. The room was very clean with a large bathroom and very comfortable large bed. It was a pleasant stay thank you.
