The staff were really nice, downtown location good, whilst both the lobby & 2nd floor are very plush. The downside is:
A. I paid for deluxe king room - yet the pillows & mattress were very uncomfortable.
B. Being charged for WiFi in 2025 seems a real stretch especially in a ‘deluxe’ room.

Lauren and Nathaniel are incredible. Always impecable service and very professional. These 2 are true assets to Marriott!! On the other hand our room upon checkin was very warm . The ac was not working. Maintenance was called to our room but room was still uncomfortable. Also, ordered a welldone steak and twice was served a bloody red inside steak. This is not Marriott standard!! Disappointex

Room was clean, only issue I had was very small shower with no door or curtain. Entire bathroom floor for soaked when taking a shower. Other than that there is no free parking, or parking offered by the hotel specifically. Luckily we got free street parking until 8am
