Overall property was nice, food was good. Part of the room was updated and other parts were still dated. The servicing of the rooms was excellent, twice a day. The service at the restaurant Pelago was very slow, the beach service took over an hour to get anyone to come take your order even with the flag up for service and some times the people helping with towels and beach equipment would be a little rude. Overall it was good place to stay, the beach was short but clean. We could also walk to other resorts to eat dinner at their restaurant easily as taxis can be pricey for a family of 6.

Had a great time at the resort. Very calm and relaxed environment with great ambiance/amenities and the staff and ofcourse lovely beaches.

We stayed here when we added 2 nights before our stay at Beaches where we were meeting our neighbors. Stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was perfect for what we needed. Accommodations were perfect. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. We happened to be there for Easter Sunday, and they had such a cute easter egg hunt, crafts, games and winners!! They even had a surprise visit by the Easter Bunny himself. I couldn't be happier with our experience. We rented snorkels for $5 and loved snorkeling at the reef. The pools were all awesome. Can't wait to return!

Every staff member I encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the stay feel personal. Between the peaceful atmosphere, amazing food, and those breathtaking ocean views, every moment felt like luxury.
