The hotel sits right by the beach which is quite nice beach and has sunbeds but the service at the beach is very poor . You have to go and get them from the pool area and it takes a long time to get served . Breaks fast is also nothing special and the choice and the quality of the food served is also nothing special . The waiters don’t even bother to ask you if you want tea/ coffee etc . You have to try and catch their attention and ask for everything yourself . There isn’t a big choice of hotels in Chios especially at the higher end so you are a bit stuck with this level of accommodation . Maybe small family run hotels may offer better service / food etc . On the day of check in we arrived around 10.30/ 11 pm and on the day of check out they were really strict that we had to vacate the room between 11 max 12 . There is a mini bar in the room but it was totally empty and they didn’t even leave a bottle of water . There was a safe in the room but it was not working ( no battery ) So you can understand the level of attention this hotel provides to its clients .

Beautiful accommodations on a majestic property surrounded by orange groves close to everything in Chios. Great breakfast each AM, comfortable and peaceful vibe. Pantelis and his staff were very accommodating and helpful and always accessible. Would unequivocally recommend this property as a top place to stay on Chios.
