The caring and personable staff really made the stay at this hotel a pleasure. They made an effort to customise things to your taste and were very kind with surprising free drinks when just relaxing by the pool. Would always give a wave and smile whenever they saw your leaving or returning from the building know matter how far away.

This is one of the nicer hotels in Chania. The included breakfast buffet was wonderful— plentiful and with many options. The staff were all friendly and nice. There is a rooftop pool and lounge chairs with a bar that had amazing views and was a great amenity we enjoyed, especially for watching the sunset over a drink. The beds were comfortable.
The downside for us was that it was not quiet, with noise heard from the hallways and adjacent rooms and the street, requiring ear plugs. Also, one of our 2 sinks in the bathroom was non-functioning due to a leak, and the shower was unusable due to it smelling like sewage. Thankfully there was a separate bathtub to use, but less convenient.
