Location was great and staff was supper friendly and helpful, my only down fall is the lack of details when you book. Hotel was all-inclusive but when we got to hotel the package only has one restaurant included. Other restaurants are not included. Beverage choice is also limited. Pool was under renovation and we could only use it during our last day big down fall.

Someone defecated in the pool and employees where busy trying to find it instead of having everyone exit the pool also attention to detail was poor I complained that the internet was not working from day one to day six it never got fixed all we got was will look at it

I love the pools and the entertainment shows. Staff are friendly and always available to help. I wasnt a fan of the buffet. Some food items were bland or just not good for my taste buds. While other items had a great taste. The Capri restaurant which requires reservation was really good.

We enjoyed the food, the roof top pool/bar. We also enjoyed our breakfast at Blanco Blue with Alexis and Ronaldo serving us. They did a wonderful job.

Food quality was good. Service for the most part was a hit or miss, you either loved it or you hated it. Liquor selection was poor.preferred club liquor selection was not anywhere near premium liquor like they advertise.
