Dublin Northside Scuba Diving Holidays

Check in was ok we stayed in a superior twin room, it was clean and quite large for a city location but underwhelming in style, comfort and amenities. We went to breakfast bordering on green/amber times, but it was horribly busy and loud, everything was buffet style and nothing came cooked to order. You can’t get a vegan based milk coffee, I asked and was told it was machine only which used dairy milk, this was disappointing as coffee is a staple at breakfast time. The bar area was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The bar food was reasonably priced, came quickly and was hot. The location is good and accessible to all key sights.

We had a good experience with some difficulties. The good - the apartment was nicely decorated and spacious, with a kitchen and balcony, and good restaurants nearby. Also, there were tea and biscuits provided. We appreciated the 2 bedrooms, and the staff was friendly and prompt with communication via Expedia messages. The bad - The check in process was cumbersome, having to drive through the city to get the key. Also, we had no hot water the 1st night since we weren't aware there was a special process to turn it on. Also, the picture showed 2 beds in 1 room, and the setup when we got there was 1 bed, but we made do with the couch.

Good location and great communication from staffs. I did not care for high stairs to walk up to the apartment but overall it's a good choice if you want to be in the center of Dublin and safe area.

We could not park our van. They don’t fit in there parking lot. They have valet parking but could not accommodate us. We had to take a taxi to a public parking lot to park and get car . My husband has MS . I just assumed the hotel had showers like most hotels. The bathtub was incredibly high to get in and very dangerous for seniors or mobility issues. There was a railing in tub but not on wall to get in. The bar in tub was loose. The breakfast buffet was mediocre at best compared to all the amazing buffets we had in our 2 weeks in Ireland. The check in was incredible. They wanted passports ask for 200 $ deposit per room. We had 4 rooms for my kids . They also all needed to show ide. Then one of my sons showed up and they took another 200$ after I had already paid 800$ deposit for the 4 room. Front desk staff was not friendly at all nor was bar. Breakfast staff very good

No atmosphere

We walked in and fell in love with the room and the atmosphere of the hotel! The pool and sauna was lovely to relax in and the food from the restaurant in the hotel was amazing as well. We had an amazing time the few days we stayed there. And will book here again when back in Dublin!

Great location. It was fine for just one night. The deadbolt didn’t lock, and the safe didn’t work. The room felt more cramped as there was a slated wall on one side (severely limited standing room and space for luggage). It was nice they left snacks and some bottled water in the fridge for guest use. Again, we were there less than 24 hours, and it suited our purposes.
