Our stay at the 1 Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, calming and perfectly located in South Beach. The staff is incredible. They were kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The room was out of this world. We felt like we were emerged into a spa, creating this amazing, relaxing atmosphere. We especially loved how close the hotel was to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions. Everything was within walking distance, making our trip easy and enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, and the entire property was luxurious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting South Beach.

My wife and I stayed here for an entire week. The place was great always clean, staff was great and helpful, locations is great, our room was great can’t say anything bad about this place. If anything I have to criticize is wish they had a menu or room service. Beach view was amazing, parking is always valeted so never have to worry about finding parking.

Well located, on beach but no parking other than valet. Taxi ride into south beach itself. Friends who visited me had a problem parking and had to pay the high parking fees Forget the complimentary cycle for 1 hour. Nobody to help you and you have to arrange it all on an app. Easier to pay for it elsewhere if you want to cycle. No balcony on the suite I was in, disappointing

After spending decades in and out of Miami Beach — and even having a place here 30 years ago — I can confidently say that the Shelborne is the best hotel in Miami. It’s incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, yet it still preserves the personality and charm that so many hotels have lost. Every member of the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, effortless, and genuinely special. The facilities are outstanding, and the location is simply unbeatable — truly the best spot in Miami Beach. This hotel understands luxury without feeling pretentious. Room was clean and great location beside the beach. Room had kitchette and big fridge, microwave etc. so was great. It was dated and internet didn't work in our room but worked well in the lobby. Great value for money :) happy with it.
