Our check in was delayed because the staff had not completed the inspection on time. Upgraded to a big junior suite room which was lovely. Only had 1 pair of slippers in the room when we entered.
Lack of signage for amenities like the pool and gym.
Overall, decent stay for 1 night in the city.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Muir. The hotel pays attention to the little details, the rooms are beautiful, and even though it’s right on the waterfront it was surprisingly quiet. It never felt crowded, which I appreciated.
We did have a fire alarm around midnight and everyone had to evacuate to the boardwalk. It turned out to be a false alarm, but the staff handled it well and even took my room service off the bill as an apology. Nice gesture that they didn’t have to make.
I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very clean and still smells new! Staff were very friendly- loved the pool n hot tub! Close to Outlet shopping and a short drive to downtown Dartmouth as well!
