Room was clean and the view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially around the sunset time.

Love the staff, room was clean,great amenities, location was excellent....only thing that needs improvement is the TV options..."ROKU" TV was terrible

The reception was a little confusing, had to call to find out where to check in. Otherwise, great location, clean, and offered a lot of great recommendations.

Fantastic property. The area was quiet and it felt very safe and private. Friendly owners and staff.

Pros: The staff members were friendly. Restaurant/bar staff are fabulous! Comfy bed, pillows, & furniture. Plenty of drawers. Nice balcony. Good water pressure. Plenty of hot water. good a/c. Great view. Cons: Tiny bathroom. To close door, you had to either step in shower or along side toilet. Slippery tiled floor with no mats to wipe feet. Doors to enter room & balcony required forcing to open. If you miss room service between 8 & 9am, no restocking of tp,towels, or coffee. No beach chairs after 5. During the week, no water sports in am. No yoga. Crowded pool w/ limited umbrellas. 80's rock music at pool, firepit/lounge started at 730am. No peaceful spaces to relax. Very little shade. Kitchen in different location than restaurant. Service slow. Food tastes great but served cold. Furniture pretty but uncomfortable. Building needs anti-glare & shade. Hotel not a good choice for people w/ limited mobility. Many uneven surfaces. Risers on restaurant stairs have a dangerous gaps. No low tables in shaded area of restaurant. No restroom in restaurant, so needed to exit, walk around building, down ramp to patio then to the passageway to bathrooms w/ only 4 stalls total to serve restaurant, beach,bar, pool, sitting areas, & courtyard. Pool stairs with accessible handrail is at the farthest corner from entry requiring crossing the cluttered deck. No accessible beach chair option. no accessible mat across the soft sand. (There is a chair accessible area at the bar)
