Did not get our king size bed. Tv no good channels.

I was so disappointed that the fridge was full and if I wanted an empty one ,I had to call to get a new one which ment it would not be cold for some time. Other than that what a great hotel and staff.

The staff, the amenities and the room were excellent! 10/10 on everything. I travel a great deal and this was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for overall experience.

Beautiful historic building that had everything we needed for a lovely stay in DC. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the location was perfect for site-seeing in DC. Within walking distance to thee White House and most of the museums on the national mall. Also close to many great restaurants and the metro and Fords Theater. The Riggs restaurant is also excellent with excellent service. They have a large gym downstairs and many great amenities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is clean but well overdue for updates. The room was old and dated. It had a broken bathroom vanity and our AC was barely working. AC required multiple resets to get it to blow cold air, it was extremely loud when it turned on, and required to be reset multiple times throughout our 3 nights there. When informed of the poorly working AC, staff offered very minimal solutions. No on was on site to fix the issue, no room change offered and no compensation offered. No follow up was done with us to ensure that the issue had been fixed after we informed them we were able to reset our AC ourselves. Would definitely not stay again.

Staff is amazing at this property and all is well maintained. Just know that hotel fees are not included in the booking on Expedia and there are additional charges at check out. Metro station is close as well as bus stops.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to get a great night's sleep after a busy day of sightseeing. The location was outstanding within walking distance of many major attractions and just steps from the Farragut West Metro station, which made getting around Washington, D.C. incredibly convenient. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with plenty of delicious options to start the day. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is also surrounded by great restaurants and is only a couple of blocks from the White House, making it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting D.C.
