Breathtaking views from this property! The oceanfront rooms are incredible. We were upgraded by the hotel for my husband’s birthday, which thrilled us. When we return we would definitely get the oceanfront again. We loved the ocean pool and snorkeling right out front. We saw lots of parrotfish, grouper, needlefish, and more. We played in the waves for hours. As people mention, there’s a lot of stairs but so worth it if you can manage. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Being a boutique hotel, it is easy to learn the staff’s names and they look out for you. We enjoyed the fact that this wasn’t an overcrowded or “party” resort. It was incredibly relaxing and felt luxurious. Only downside was the bathroom design. All glass doors so very little privacy unless you lower these roller shades. It’s kind of a pain. Wish there was a little shop or more options for snacks. Surf restaurant was great, we ate there three times. We fell in love with Bermuda and will definitely come back to AZURA.

Very disappointed with flexibility of management who answered to my requests with ultimatums. Had a delivery and it went missing with zero accountability and poor responsiveness from management. Amazing employees at ground level with great customer service skills. Not the same for administrative staff. Got a room which had not been updated; older, decently-maintained furniture, musty smell in the cottage, great size, bed made noise, large gap under door and the icing on the cake…a roach crawled on my arm in the middle of the night. Amazing views, food was tasty, facility overall well kept, but will never go back or recommend it.

The staff, facilities and food were fantastic. Special shoutout to Juan and Alicia. Very kind, friendly and helpful. The beach is a bit short (50 yards) so getting in your steps was a little challenging. Then again, you are on vacation. Would have liked to see nightly entertainment. Nothing crazy, just a guitar or piano player would have made the resort top notch for us.

We loved our stay! Our room was amazing, the staff was so nice and accommodating. Food was pricey but the experience was lovely. We didn't want to leave.
