Everything was perfect I’ve stayed at a lot of penthouse suites and this one is by far the best. The staff was phenomenal I was allowed check in earlier than my designated time. The penthouse was clean and had everything you needed to cook with. The views was amazing. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

The best but not cheapest hotel in South Beach

Loved the location in the middle of the art deco district. All staff were pleasant & helpful. Meals at restaurant were delicious.

Really lovely upgrade from the Confidant hotel to the Andaz. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every way. Room was clean and spacious and loved the beach and pool service as well. Take a yoga or pilates class on the roof if you can - the view is amazing!

The best but not cheapest hotel in South Beach

We paid extra for a "water view," only to be facing a boarded up building. If you stood on the balcony and looked sideways, you could see the water. The amenities were weird. Had to go to a different building to get towels for the pool, but no one told us. We asked staff twice and both said they didn't know where to get towels. Stayed two nights and no one refreshed towels, coffee etc. in the room. Zero service at the rooftop pool and bar. Clean, and it was a large room. Would have been fine for half the price, but a disappointment at $300/ night.
