River Heritage Scuba Diving Holidays

There was a delay with the rooms being ready at check-in which was inconvenient, but a staff member came by to get our names and within a few minutes we were told our room was ready. Everything else went smoothly. Amenities were nice, room was clean, bed was comfortable, and easy access to the mall was a nice treat.

Front desk staff was great. First day house cleaning came in, took my bath towel, didn’t leave a clean towel and nothing else. Told tge front desk but I came back too late and house cleaning had gone home. 2nd again no house cleaning and I to tell the front desk. House cleaning did come in to clean but left the bed unmade. To top it off the swimming pool was full of debris and water looked dirty and had a slight green color. I was here several years ago and it was not like this at all. Breakfast was at least decent.
