Staff were very pleasant, chatty and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely, although VERY busy.
Room wasn’t especially clean - normally I’d have asked for another room or asked for it to be cleaned, but I arrived late and just wanted to get to bed.
I didn’t get chance to use the facilities, but it looked lovely and was in a very pleasant area, with views across the lake.
