The room was very well kept, the staff was very friendly and allowed me to check in at 3:00AM when I had an event that kept me out late Friday night. The breakfast buffet is excellent and it is located perfectly to get to the airport or to travel within the city of frankfurt

Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Only thing that should be improved is a hand rail to get out off the shower/bathtub.

The main hotel was fine, however there’s two buildings to this hotel. We stayed in the building across the road. The room was okay, the carpet could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable. Could have done with two pillows each rather than one. What spoilt our stay was during 4 nights stay was we had no room service whatsoever. We were down to our last few sheets of toilet roll when leaving. Many will ask why didn’t I ask for extra, I am not prepared to go over the road and walk back with toilet roll or other things. We were on the main road where the 17 tram runs very regular, been on floor one was a little noisy, however for the convenience of public transport it was vey good and could live with the noise, in summer with the windows open, could be to noisy. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Markets, just wish room service would have been available, once again I should not have to ask for it.

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful especially trying their best to speak English. Very much appreciated.

Very good location near old town. One issue we had in our initial room was that the AC did not work and after many technicians looked at it they eventually did the right thing and moved us. Julia at the front desk was most helpful and she got us an upgrade room that made it feel better. The food choices are a bit limited but Oscars Rest was very good although a bit pricy. Breakfast was fantastic but again a little pricy.

Wonderful, amazing stay. Property is absolutely beautiful and was super well taken care of. We arrived late at night and got some pizzas at the conveniently located Bar. Traveling with a family of 5. Spa facility was amazing, kids had a great time at the pool and the saunas were excellent. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly. One of the staff members promptly brought me a baby chair, and another brought us a pillow once he noticed the chair was too big for our baby. Would definitely recommend and stay again. If anything, the hair dryer quality is not compatible with the luxurious facility, but that’s all. Loved it.
