We travel a lot but we have never seen such a nice staff anywhere. Shayan is a sweetheart and extremely nice and helpful. My son was sick and one of staff went out of her way to make kitchen make a soup for him. You don’t see these kind of stuff often. Thank you to all the staff.!

This was our first hotel in Switzerland. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. The front desk could answer all of our questions about the area. Food was delicious. Oh, of course we HAD to have fondue. Delish! We would go back!

Staff very helpful and friendly

The property is a beautiful hotel with the best view of the front lawn with the Jungfrau as a picturesque view in front. The staff and accommodations definitely warrant the 5 star rating.

Rooms for handicapped persons should be reserved for those who need it first, and I did not like being assigned a handicapped room when I never requested one and there were other rooms available. I also was not informed of this type of room assignment upon check-in, and found-out about it when I actually viewed the room. It was a bit of a challenge to get re-assigned the correct room, but that was finally resolved. The dining area is very small and congested for the hotel's capacity, and there is no "bar food" served during the day and evening as written in the website. There are only drinks there, and if you want anything else you must go outside. Although the room had a window to the street, it was very dark, particularly in the evening, with lighting in only one side of the room, and the furnishings were not practical, with miniscule night tables. The armoire was made of laminated material, with lots of surface chips inside. The bathroom sink was very narrow, with a shelf on top so if you want to wash your face you can choose either to seriously bump your head, or back-off and get water all over the floor and your feet. Also, the hooks for the towels were behind the shower door when you open it, and there was no way to get the towels without stepping out of the shower. Who thought of this bathroom? The street in front is quite busy, with lots of noise starting around 6:00 AM. For now, I attribute the noise to nearby buildings being remodeled, but can't be sure.
