The room looked a bit old and run down. There was something on the base of our bed that looked like old blood or sweat, not sure which. But definitely gross. Most people were helpful, but some were pushy. The day trips were low quality for the price they charged. It lists this as a five star resort, but maybe that's the best quality in Egypt. Not sure. It would probably just rank three stars in a developed country. The food was good, but we still ended up with "mummy tummy" from something (maybe bad water, or something in the food).
I woudn't go back to this place.

"The pools were great, but the rooms were brutal. We tried to get our air conditioning fixed multiples times and it never worked. There was also black stuff coming out of our sink and a toilet leaking. I don’t really recommend."
