Check in was a breeze. The room appeared clean but there was hair in the tub. The next day, I requested housekeeping and was instructed a 24hr notice was required but would schedule for the next day. The following day at Disney, I looked forward to arriving to a fresh clean space BUT it never happened. I had a magical day to allow this to ruin the evening or the trip. Do better. I wish this could have been a positive review but I won’t return. There are plenty of options to choose from to settle for sassy employee response that are met with false claims. That employee clearly didn’t schedule housekeeping. Also, include hand soap in the kitchen, stock a new fresh paper towel roll, and toilet paper roll. Also, a bug was found on one of the beds. I was too pissed to care. Do what you need to do with this information.
