The staff were disinterested.
I was questioned as to why I didn’t want to dine there which was awkward.
Stood waiting at the bar for some time as there was only one member of staff who was also there to show people around.
Called up for some extra tea and coffee and the reception staff seemed particularly annoyed about this.

Property was convenient to get on and off motorway which is what we needes. Clean rooms. Slightly smaller than I expected when booking a fanily room, and we had to carry a pushchair up and down a couple small flights of stairs, they did offer to help with that though. Overall good stay.
