(755 reviews) The staff were lovely but we only stayed for one night and unfortunately the room stank of cigarettes in the morning (clearly someone had been smoking just outside it) the staff came to check and were apologetic but we weren't offered compensation. We also found an old sock that had been left there. Again we told the staff and they apologised but nothing further.
