A true jewel immerse in nature!

Absolutely breathtaking property/rooms. Staff are SO WONDERFUL, helpful and kind. This hotel exceeded all expectations. We didn’t try any of the bars/restaurants at hotel but they looked amazing.

The drive up was an experience on its own, the location is indescribably beautiful with panoramic views of the mountains, green valleys and blue lakes below, spotted with little farms and villages. Staff was supremely helpful and kind, treated us like family, offering advice and perspective on surrounding areas and other destinations along our trip. The room was comfortable and beautiful as well. Food was delicious, the pool is a must do experience. They let us charge our EV for free in the garage. The hiking trails around the property were borderline unoccupied and yet very well maintained, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. We were able to easily walk to the nearby Bürgenstock to get lunch and take the catamaran to Lucerne and back. My only regret is that I did not stay longer.

Very nice hotel 2 blocks from the lake. Great breakfast and nice people. Big rooms, nice towels and bathroom. Would stay again! 20 minute walk to the train station.

Nice hotel within a short walk from the train station. Very close to an area with cafes, restaurants and stores. Around the corner from a “polybahn” that takes you up the hill for a beautiful panoramic view of the city.
