Good property away from the masses. Good facilities but a pool would add. Staff friendly and helpful. Food good.

This was a very comfortable and convenient hotel. The vending machines with full meals and the close proximity to Aldi were bonuses. The bus station is right across the street. The only down side was the fact that it had no AC and when we visited it was a serious heat wave.

This is my second stay at this hotel and I will always stay here when I’m visiting Bern. It’s a lovely true 5 star property and the staff are always so welcoming. I would like to say a special thank you to Luca on reception for all his help yesterday and lovely conversation.

The property was great and the location is near the train station. Also the service from the people that received you is one of the best! The apartment we rent was big, clean and confortable

The location is great. Just a few steps to COOP. It will be more satisfactory if the breakfast food choice improves.

The property was safe clean and friendly with free self parking and good location for everything nearby. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean
