This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. Located in the middle of Bad Gastein, so within 5 minutes of walking you have numerous dining options. 5 min drive from the ski slopes as well. Would definitely recommend and come back!

She truly cares about her guests and goes out of the way to help if needed. The rooms are bright, colorful and spacious. Location is very convenient . Beautiful hotel, newly renovated a few years ago. Staff very helpful went out of their way. Breakfast excellent! Minibars stocked with water, beer, juice and snacks and replenished daily. Excellent value for money. Much nicer and much cheaper than our Munich hotel- would stay again in a heartbeat.

The hotel is wonderful overall; however, some rooms—specifically the one I stayed in, room 402—have a very low ceiling next to the bed. This poses a safety concern, as there is a high risk of hitting one’s head when getting up. Additionally, the shower is particularly cramped and uncomfortable.

Outstanding location. Secluded in a mountain valley. You'll have it nearly to yourself. With a cathedral and a pub!
