Difficult check in due to lack of clarity in fine print

Aircon didn’t work. Shower curtain railing wasn’t screwed in properly, leaving it loose and the middle part of the railing further down - causing water to escape. Breakfast was lovely tho!

Lovely property and easy access to the city. Great breakfast and efficient staff. Shame they feel the need to charge guests to park that felt annoying after already booking a room and just unnecessary

Stayed for work purposes. Rooms are smaller than the images but nonetheless quality of the room is fantastic.

A unique property that was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location in the city centre was ideal to get around. The caveat for disabled or elderly is that there are lots of stairs within the apartment.
