Great hotel and great location. Breakfast next door in Masons was fab as well. 3rd time here and will book again.

Good clean place and nice staff

The hotel is in a great location close to piccadilly station and is very unique following the refurbishment of a very old warehouse. In terms of the size of the room, bed, facitlities etc. we found very good. However the lighting was very poor in the kitchen and the hallway. Down lighting in the kitchen is at eye height so blinds you if you want to find something in the cabinets. In the hall, its impossible to put your clothes away into the wardrobe without the use of a phone torch. Our tv did not work ( both regular and digital), and although i wrote 2 whats app messages, this was not resolved before our departure as there was non one on site after 6pm, who could attend. Overall we still did have a great stay, its a pity a couple of basics let the property down

Lovely hotel. Excellent location. Bar staff were super helpful and the bar food was nice. We didn’t have breakfast as we weren’t aware, and hadn’t checked, that breakfast was not included if booking via a 3rd Party, ie Hotels.com. Our fault so we decided in a McDonald’s breakfast as it was £20 per adult for breakfast and not much less for the kids so it would have been an unexpected expense. We arrived early for our room as we had travelled from a few nights in Manchester. When I went to check if the room may be ready, the gentlemen behind the desk was very dismissive
