We had an amazing stay at the Branco Suites! The people working there were incredibly friendly and so helpful too! The apartment was just perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the the pillows were the best ones I have ever slept on!! It was very quiet there and also just a couple of minutes walk to the beach!! and all the restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying at this place! Thank you! Xx

The property is new and beautiful, the staff friendly and helpful. but they have serious problems. There was no running water at all on 3 of 4 nights I stayed there and on 2 out of 4 afternoons. It was on and off the rest of the time. And not just my room but in restrooms by the restaurant etc. That may well be the lack of infrastructure on the very dry island that just doesn’t have enough water for everyone as opposed to the fault of the hotel itself but it is of course not what you expect at a 5 star hotel. It may not be a good idea to develop more tourism on the island.
Other than that, my room wasn’t ready for check in before 5.30 which isn’t great. But they arranged a massage for me so it was fine.

Amenities can be improved but the staff are amazing- shout out to Hugo, Ioandy, the front desk and the restaurant staff who went beyond and above to make it a memorable vacation. I will definitely stay next time and recommend to others
