Couples suite was a bit tired and in need of TLC.

Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms.

Everything about the hotel was exceptional The laundry facilities were and added bonus and staff went above and beyond for our stay

Wonderful Stay with Great Hospitality — Some Areas to Improve.We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Sentosa, and overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience.A special shoutout to the all-day dining restaurant team serving breakfast and dinner — they were truly exceptional. The food quality, variety, and presentation were excellent, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made every meal delightful. In fact, we chose to dine in every day purely because of the experience they created. The property itself has a very calming and positive vibe. The ambience is serene, the surroundings are beautiful, and the staff across the hotel are courteous and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing birds and peacocks freely roaming around — it added a unique charm to the overall experience. That said, there are a few areas where the property could improve: Cleanliness near reception area Upon arrival, the restrooms near the reception were not clean. While the staff responded promptly once informed, a more proactive approach to upkeep—especially in high-visibility areas—would significantly enhance the first impression. Swimming pool safety (especially for kids) The swimming pool is not particularly kid-friendly. It can feel unsafe for children without flotation support such as life jackets or inflatable tubes. Additionally, the lifeguard presence felt passive — there was limited proactive monitoring or intervention, which is an area that needs attn.

Clean quiet room with a very comfortable. Easy online check in and out.

Second time here and still worth it. Loved the hotel, especially the exceptional service. Exactly what we needed for a proper rest and break. Great staycation overall.

Great stuff, amazing service

Harpreet (Happy) and Narendra the Sikh doormen were the best part from the second you step foot at the entrance until you depart. Always a warm motherly greeting and friendly fatherly departure. The entire staff and property solidified this experience. The best I have seen anywhere in the world.
