Room was great, clearly old but in nice repair. Restaurants were great, food was delicious Pool was warmer than we'd like but it was 30/86 degrees with 70% humidity Beach was gorgeous, with wifi out into the ocean Grounds were well kept and clean, stray dogs and cats all around Beach buffet was the best for breakfast, buffet by the main lobby was good for dinner and dessert Staff were always working to make your stay enjoyable, bent over backwards if you tipped them alittle extra. Will definitely go bavk

Omg I have to say in all my years of traveling and experiencing hospitality this has to be by far the best and most humble places I’ve been to, from the moment me and my wife walked in we were treated like royalty and everyone else around the same!!! I never take the time to right reviews but this place I did. From the beginning with David in the excellence club member area to Joan the attendant. Superb service. I also have to say the he chief in las olas amazing amazing custom tostone with a heart of of gold. The events where amazing with Maria hosting a lot of the arts and crafts, me personally have never been one to do any activities but she made it tremendously fun for me and my wife. She even personally took the time to get me a chimi which let me tell me you was not easy for her to do she literally looked for me all over the hotel to ensure on my last day me and my wife were able to experience and enjoy the food and than helped us get great seat for the show and ended it with a bang. I will be taking my family of 25 in 2 months just because of Maria and David. Edwin also went out of his way multiple time to get me a traditional Dominican breakfast. I truly am impressed how all the staff remembers us but our name. I have to also take the time to thank Wander, Albert by the pool, Oswaldo, rohemer , Belkis I know I spelled it wrong she was amazing at las olas. I mean I can’t say enough the gratitude the show and hospitality I will def be visiting here over and over

Restaurants were okay but the buffets were definitely better. The staff was great and the entire complex was amazing

The Spa, the experience of different food at the various restaurants, the location. Being at this hotel is as an amazing experience. Can’t wait to book on this resort again

Besides the fact that literally everything is behind a paywall it was beautiful. Food was just ok, Palio was fantastic tho.

This was our first time to Jamaica. This place was the best all inclusive resort I’ve been to. Everything was perfect from the first day to the last. When you do all inclusive resorts you expect low quality food and service. Not with this place, I never had a bad meal! I would highly recommend this place and not just saying that! I never say I want to go the same place except for this one! We shall be back soon! 🇯🇲❤️✌️

Food was great, really nice beach, staff were always friendly and helpful.

Room appeared clean but my sheets were dirty from the previous guests with trail mix in the bed. Food was mediocre. Pool very loud with a DJ a lot of the time.
