Kawarthas Northumberland Scuba Diving Holidays

Stayed here in October 2025 on a business trip where I had meetings at the University of Toronto nearby. The property managers were super-responsive via text messaging, including making sure my arrival & check-in/obtaining the room keys went smoothly. Clean, great location right next to U of T, & super walkable with tons of dining nearby. Checkout was easy, and my deposit was returned as promised with no issues. Would stay here again!

Great central location, close to bars and restaurants - easy to walk everywhere. Slight musty smell in the room but it was clean and well equipped though small. Communication was easy. Asked if we needed parking but no parking on site - there are a couple of safe 24hour public parking lots nearby though. Convenient for a few days in Toronto

The personal touch was great. They send a small cake for my nephew since we were celebrating it. Nice, clean rooms. Love the space.

Arrived 25 min early and completed the check-in process but had to wait for the room. When returned there was a long check-in line but eventually the staff got someone to distribute the keys to those waiting for their room.

Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch was high and the line-ups for the elevators can get lengthy. I will definitely return.

I was concerned when I arrived because I was in the heart of downtown during the World Cup, and this clearly was a bustling location. The clientele all appeared well-heeled and ready for a good time. I personally prefer a low key quiet stay, and I expressed that desire to the staff. They reserved me a beautiful room on a higher floor. I told them that I am partial to quite few pillows and found a veritable pillow fort waiting for me! I had asked for a steamer to prepare a dress for an event I was attending and one was brought to me almost immediately. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel itself if beautiful. Truly the only constructive feedback I could give was that there was no jam with my croissant, and no English Breakfast tea in my room. Both entirely non-issues. I will absolutely be staying here again.

I did not like the shuttle service based on who signed up for this the staff should know if it will be full or not so that others can make alternative arrangements ahead of time

Excellent stay! Staff was all very friendly

The staff was very friendly clean respectfull, all my needs were met, the room was fantastic cleaning staff did an amazing job.

I like the fact all the staff are very friendly and we didn't had any issue of checkin. However, we did experience a power outage around the neighborhood, which only lasted for about 3 hours, from what I remembered. However, my stayed is pleasant. I used their laundry room and it was pretty cleaned, however, the dryer does need a wipe down because of the lints. It seem like no one has wipe it down.

Family friendly! Clean rooms, great breakfast, very convenient to local shopping and restaurants.
