8.8/10 Excellent! (345 reviews)
Hotel was nice , however the staff were less than helpful.
Myself and my wife were unable to check in at 14:00 and refused an early check in ,that was requested months prior.
When asked if we could use a space to change our clothes , we were told to use the disabled public bathroom.
I am understanding that an early check in was not possible , however believe they could have been more helpful to provide a space for my wife to change other than a bathroom.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,007 reviews)
L’emplacement est idéal et le personnel est gentil et serviable. Cependant, l’hôtel est désuet et mériterait une cure de rajeunissement.
