The place was wonderful. Great location, lovely staff and a fabulous town.

Very nice place to stay. Staff was great. It was farther away from the downtown and beach area than we had hoped.

We stayed for two nights at this hotel and we are not planning to return nor to recommend this place at all. To start, the lobby has a piano which my daughter started playing after getting permission in the front desk while we were checking in. After a few minutes, she was then asked to stop playing while performing because one of the receptionist was unable to hear other guests checking in. The Manager should consider moving the piano to a different spot if that bothers staff or simply put a note saying it is just an ornament. Staff should be trained so they know that a pianist should never be interrupted while performing. The parking lot is insufficient to accommodate all guest cars so we had to park our rented SUV in a corner while returning to the hotel at night. We had to wake up early to move the car to a different spot to facilitate transit and prevent an accident. Last, our room was infested with bed bugs which caused itchiness and discomfort for a couple of days. This could be a serious problem for certain people with immunosuppression so hopefully they fix this issue rather soonest. So, my advice, check other lodging options if you are planning to visit San Sebastian and surrounding areas.
