Muy lindo hotel en general. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y estaban muy bien mantenidas. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, y el hotel tiene un ambiente muy lindo y tranquilo para descansar. Lo único que mejoraría es la comida. Para ser un all inclusive, nos pareció un poco floja y en general le faltaba sabor. Más allá de eso, tuvimos una muy buena estadía.

Very chill and relaxing. Easy access to beach.

The property was really nice. The beach and pool was my favorite. A lot of the staff did not speak English which made things a little difficult. The food was a hit or miss.

beach & pool its self is very nice and great views. The spa was also a good experience. Some staff were friendly, we ran into more attitude than welcoming staff. At the premium level we waited extended periods of time for everything, I left multiple times to not waste my day in the lobby. Our room was very warm, and we asked to have the fan speed or room looked at multiple times and nothing happened. We have a good time in the casino, Carey’s bar was the exact opposite. The bar tenders were rude & had zero patience if you struggle with Spanish. The food was moderate, plan on 2 hours per dinner reservation. If you are hungry or want a quicker meal stick with the buffet, which wasn’t much different than the restaurant food. At the end when I went to settle the bill I wasn’t told I’d be charged for a beach dinner, I was told premium can do this. They charged me $120 US. Overall it was a disappointing experience for the price tag and lack of a distinguished difference between the premium price we paid. If you only speak English you’ll struggle at this resort so I’d suggest a little prep prior
