Beautiful property in a great location next to downtown shopping area. Staff was amazing, they really make this property a gem. Private beach and pool area clean and well kept. Enjoyed watching the cruise ships pass by. Felt safe. Only thing is I don’t understand is why the bar area outside closes at like 5-6? Just be aware too there is a $49 resort fee per room per day that I missed when we booked the room. I would stay here again it was wonderful.

This is the 4th time staying at Majestic Elegance...Love this place. Room was very clean, excellent service and tbe personnel is well trained... The buffet and the restaurants had everthing i needed it.

We were supposed to be at the Royal which would have been a much more convenient but our reservation was moved to the Reef due to an upgrade. I would have much rather stayed at the Royal.

RoomTelephone wasn’t working ,no line at all , stayed for 3 nights and made complain every day , but no one came to fix at all or offer us to switch to different room ,

Great vibe, lots of dining options and family friendly.

They don't have drinking water in the rooms, the rooms are old and dirty, the hotel in general needs renovation.

The beach is just ok, but the property is beautiful. Staff are so hard working and polite. Very good food, especially Casanova. No need to leave the property, everything you want is on the resort.

Absolutely loved the staff for accommodating me and my sorority this past week. They all made us feel right at home.

The property was very clean and the staff were great!. Nice beach and plenty of palapas! The manager Samuel was also amazing!
