The hotel is in s great area of Birmingham perfect to all the bars and restaurants around Broad Street. The hotel was clean and smells fresh the staff were very friendly and helpful The bar area was nice and barstaff were good. The room was clean and bed was great and comfortable.

Priced like a luxury hotel, but very much a premier inn. A/C in the room kept turning off, breakfact was not a great selection, with the scrambled egds solid like rocks, and the other hot items closer to cold.

Good place to stay, when visiting Tewkesbury and the surrounding area. Very near the Abbey and town centre. Good free parking. Good range of drinks. Staff are all very helpful and attentive. Breakfasts very good. Freshly cooked for you.

I’ve stayed here before, and it’s usually really nice, but during the heat wave the air-conditioning was utterly useless and it was impossible to sleep.
