Great hotel. Clean premises with nice breakfast!

Prices are for luxury hotels but staff ruins your experience, untrained, rude and you have to speak to a manager about basic hotel amenities and supplies to get things done. They have the nespresso machines in the rooms but they do not supply nespresso capsules unless you asked, someone trying to be smart over there may have suggested to save few bucks. Even though you have a credit card on file they keep harassing you with bills to sign the moment you order something claiming that people order f&b and do not pay for them. We requested transportation to a close by hotel, and after we were quoted a price they increased the price the day of, and claimed that no one called to book and that they didn’t know anything about what we were talking about until we got a manager to resolve the issue and honour the agreement. They have limited restaurants if you do not like to dine in their boring buffet. In the Italian restaurant they served us the 2nd course before the appetizer and the first, when we complained they said come back the next day and will do it perfectly and same thing happened again bread and oil were served after the main course. Poor service poor staff training and outrageous prices for such service. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this hotel at all costs.

The service here is truly exceptional. They care deeply about their guests, and when the refrigerator wasn't working in the room service room, it was replaced immediately. When I requested room service, the attendant arrived very quickly. All the staff, from the hotel entrance to reception to the rooms, are excellent and helpful. Swimming together. The rooms themselves offer a stunning sea view and a beautiful bathroom. However, the bathrooms need renovation to befit this hotel. Despite their spaciousness, the bathtub is very narrow and unsuitable for the elderly. The buffet has options to suit all tastes, both adults and children, but it needs more supervision. Guests often let their children handle food and pastries with their bare hands, which is unsightly for others. The children can't be blamed if there isn't more oversight from the management.

I told you ,i scammed ,there's no apt called Deluxe in northcost ,I didn't check in ,or no phone answerd ,the address ,nothing ,I told you to look after my case ,I didn't no get any service or check took my money ,I drove about 4 hours to get there ,no phone answered nothing ,we slept outside in the random garden in New allamin ,we asked everyone around us about the apt ,they answered was no ,even the texi driver driving us back and forth he didn't find the place ,finally he got tried ,he told us.he has been working in the same area ,but he said there's no Deluxe apt ,so I emailed to this agent 3 days ago to check and see who's this person scammed me ,maybe another person
